Delivery Time: Custom orders will be delivered within 10-25 days from the date of purchase, depending upon complexity of ordered product.
Free Shipping: Orders above ₹500 will be eligible for free shipping.
Tracking: If available from our shipping provider (DTDC), we will provide tracking information for your order.

We accept returns and offer refunds only under the following conditions:

Damaged Products: If your custom order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will arrange for a return or refund based on the extent of the damage.
No Returns: Custom products are non-returnable unless they are damaged during transit or due to an error on our part.
Refunds will only be issued for damaged products, and the refund will be processed once the return is confirmed.

Payment Method: We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports a variety of methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Payment Conditions: Full payment is required upfront for all custom orders. We do not accept cash on delivery (COD) or cheques.
Currency: All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
