Ordering & Customization
How do I place a custom order?
Simply choose a product, fill in the customization fields (like name, initials, or image upload), and place your order. If a product doesn’t have visible fields, it may not require custom input.
Can I upload a photo for portrait-based products?
Yes — for all photo-based products (like pet portraits, couple keychains, photo hoodies), uploading a clear, high-resolution image is essential. Avoid blurry, dark, or pixelated images.
Can I request a change that’s not listed in the options?
You can always leave a request in the “Gift Note” or “Order Note” section during checkout. If it’s something we can do — we will. If not, we’ll message you.
How many letters can I add for initials or names?
Each product has its own limit based on size and space:
- Keychains & brooches: 2–3 letters
- Diaries & hoodies: up to 6 letters
- Nameplates: up to 10 letter.
We’ll gently adjust if it exceeds the space without compromising the design.
Do you send design previews before stitching?
In most cases, no — to keep the workflow smooth and pricing fair. But if it’s a high-detail custom portrait and you’re unsure, you can email us after ordering and we’ll try to accommodate.
Product Details & Quality
Are all your products handmade?
Yes. Every single piece is hand-embroidered, start to finish. No machines. No mass production.
Are your base products (like hoodies, diaries, etc.) made by you too?
We source high-quality blank pieces (like H\&M sweatshirts and hardbound diaries), and then hand-embroider them in our studio.
What kind of embroidery thread do you use?
We use high-quality cotton embroidery threads with rich, long-lasting color. They’re soft, textured, and age beautifully with time.
Will my product look exactly like the photo?
Not exactly — and that’s a good thing. Each piece is stitched by hand, so slight variations make every item one-of-a-kind. Colors and placement stay consistent with your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across India. For international inquiries, please reach out to us directly.
Will I get tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are completed and shipped within 10–15 business days. Complex portraits or high-volume periods will take 20–25 business days.
Shipping typically adds 3–6 days, depending on your location.
Can I rush my order?
We don’t currently offer express or guaranteed rush orders — our pieces are stitched by hand, and quality takes time. If you have a specific deadline, you can reach out and we’ll try to help.
Gifting, Packaging & Notes
Is gift wrapping available?
Yes. Every order comes carefully wrapped in soft tissue or cotton muslin, and tied with twine or ribbon. It’s ready to gift as-is.
Can I include a personal note?
Absolutely — use the “Gift Note” field on the product or during checkout, and we’ll handwrite it for you (unless it’s too long; then we print it neatly).
Will the price be visible on the package?
No. We never include pricing in the parcel, so it’s safe to send directly to a loved one.
Product Care
How do I wash embroidered clothing?
We recommend:
- Hand washing cold
- Mild detergent
- Do not wring or twist
- Lay flat to dry
Avoid machine wash to preserve the stitches and base fabric.
Can embroidered items be ironed?
Yes — but always turn the fabric inside out and place a thin cloth over the embroidery before ironing to prevent heat damage.
How do I clean non-wearable items (like keychains or hoops)?
- Keychains: Wipe gently with a damp cloth
- Diaries: Spot clean carefully; do not soak
- Hoops: Dust with a dry cloth or soft brush
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 12 hours of placing your order — after that, we usually begin production and cannot cancel.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Since every piece is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged or incorrect.
What if my product arrives damaged or has a mistake?
- We’re human — and if we mess up, we’ll fix it. Just write to us with a photo and we’ll resolve it as quickly and kindly as possible.
